Conditions and Guarantees of La Palma
Any reservations made through our website at www.hostallapalma.com, implies that you —as the customer— expressly accept any and all general conditions that are considered as a part of such reservation and according to the specific regulations in force.
Reservations and refunds
When making a reservation, you will pay a deposit via secure payment by credit card. The amount of such deposit shall appear on the relevant payment page. Therefore the reservation shall not be completed until the deposit payment has been executed. The remainder shall be paid when the service starts; otherwise the reservation will be deemed cancelled, by virtue of the conditions as detailed in the section on cancellations. The customer will receive the reservation details via email along with a reservation number (code).
Payment shall be made in Euros, regardless of the customer’s origin or location from which it was made.
Customer’s responsibility
When making the reservation the customer shall be the sole and exclusive responsible party for the accuracy of all the information registered. In the event it was found to be false, this could result in the reservation being cancelled.
Cancellations
The customer can at any time waive the requested or contracted services and he or she shall be fully entitled to the reimbursement of the amount that he or she may have paid as a deposit as stated above. However the customer shall compensate the tourism entity according to the following conditions:
- Cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival date. 100% deposit reimbursement
- Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before the arrival date. 75% deposit reimbursement
- Cancellation between 21 and 15 days before the arrival date. 50% reimbursement of deposit
- Cancellation 15 days or less before the arrival date. No reimbursement.
